Professional therapy and training in the fields of Hypnosis, NLP
& Coaching
Hypnosis is a natural state of consciousness that most people will have experienced at some time or another, probably without realising they were in a state of trance. It allows us to access knowledge, resources and capabilities that are not readily available at a conscious level.
These resources can be used in ways that lead to constructive and beneficial change. Care is taken to ensure that any change generated is compatible with mutually agreed goals and the greater environment within which the client lives and works.
Hypnotherapy is a deeply respectful and ethical approach to human change. It enables clients to take greater control of their lives and move forward in a more balanced and life-enhancing manner.
Whilst the therapeutic use of hypnosis is still viewed by some as a complementary or 'alternative' treatment, separate from orthodox medical treatment, this is not the case. Indeed the British Medical Association (BMA) formally acknowledged the value of hypnotherapy in 1955 (having expressed guarded interest in the late 1800's).
More recently the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE), which advises the Department of Health, called upon hypnotherapy to be made more widely available. On the right is a list of just some of the conditions and problems which can often be responsive to hypnotherapy.
